It was an amazing thing for me to see seeds begin to germinate. The smell of fresh produce was amazing! It is so easy to be removed from such experiences when we spend most of our shopping experiences in places that contain mass produced foods. Every time I think about my gardening experience that I had as a child it brings a smile to my face.
